Wow, we really enjoyed our trip to Degthai! The food was awesome and service was great also. Portions were big! Price was appropriate! I had the shrimp Tom yum dish! Omg was it good! The dumplings were my favorite. I also had the green tea and I couldn’t put it down! Definitely try this place.
A delicious pad thai- I got it with shrimp, the 'OG.' The scent of fish sauce a welcome surprise as most thai places are afraid to use it. A must-visit if you're in Nashville! The Thai iced tea was really good, too.
Degthai was beyond delicious! I enjoyed Jays Special and my man had the original Pad Thai, both were super flavorful! The portion sizes are pretty big and my extras filled up a to-go container! We also got the green tea and Thai tea both were super yummy and just the right amount of sweet! The service and hospitality were also stellar.
We absolutely loved this place! The food is so fresh and flavorful. The place is really clean. I loved the atmosphere. Sooooo good!!!!!
Best Thai restaurant ever! Great food! We ordered Tom yum goong, shrimp pad Thai, chicken green curry and crispy tofu. Why I didn’t take pictures of them? Because they were sooooo good that I forgot to take pictures! lol. Super friendly people there as well! Feel so welcomed and everyone is just happy, everyone, the customer and staff. Definitely recommend this place. FYI, really hard to find parking since they are so popular. Would order to go next time
Great service & management calls yesterday while they were SLAMMED. The wait took longer than expected, which my husband understood & was not bothered by, but was offered a full refund by management. We live in the area & get Deg Thai regularly. The food is delicious, consistent & fresh. But after yesterday’s great service we will be returning over & over again, paying full price, tipping a phenomenal amount, while telling everyone else to go too. Keep doing what you all are doing, we appreciate you!
Amazing ???? ????????. It was one of my top 10 experiences in Nashville this year. The food was awesome, with large portions, a great vibe, and the staff is friendly and very supportive. Will definitely return. By the way... the restroom was spotless.
When I moved to Nashville a few weeks ago, this was the first restaurant I found and WHAT LUCK. I noticed that it was named the best Thai place in Nashville last year. It was a nice vibe inside too with optional outdoor seating. The staff is super accommodating to picky eaters and have no problems understanding the food needs I had. Also super attentive!! The food is incredible, you get a lot of food and it's reasonably priced!! Also, probably some of the best pad Thai & red curry ramen I've ever had in life PERIOD. Degthai earned a regular, I love this place so much. 1000/10!
Delicious, freshly prepared, efficient and courteous staff. Enjoyed the Jay's special and the TIEW GANG VEGAN with tofu. They have a member of the staff that roams to floor to check on guests and see if they need to go boxes. The place is clean and the exterior is landscaped with lovely flowers.
The Jay's special is a PERFECT meal. Huge portion size, packed with veggies meat and rice, flavorful sauce, a spice packet so you can choose your own spice level. I usually have enough for lunch and dinner. I haven't tried any other meals here, but I love the Jay's Special so much, idk if I ever will the people are nice and the space is large too! You can even sit out on the patio on a nice day. Parking can be dodgy but I usually get lucky and can secure a spot in their lot
